On June 19, 2026, amendments to the Code of Administrative Offenses (Law No. 138-Z dated April 15, 2026) will enter into force. These amendments establish new limits of liability for violations related to the conclusion and performance of civil law contracts with individuals and create a basis for strengthening control over civil law contracts concluded by legal entities with citizens.
