On July 24, 2024, partner Lada Maisenya and senior lawyer Yulia Shuba held a seminar for members of the Association of International Pharmaceutical Manufacturers on the topic "Changes to the Advertising Law: How We Work with Advertising Distributors". During the meeting, our experts explained to the audience the key changes made to the Advertising Law, which came into force on July 12, 2024.

Important! On July 12, 2024, amendments to the Law of the Republic of Belarus "On Advertising" will come into effect. According to these amendments, as a general rule, only advertising distributors included in the Register of Advertising Distributors are authorized to provide advertising placement (distribution) services, including Online.
