On April 21, 2023, the LAWSPRING-2023 Legal Congress "From problem to solution" was held. Attention is focused on legislative innovations, what to prepare for and what should be paid special attention in 2023.

Partner Nadezhda Znak acted as a moderator and expert at the session "Foreign Economic Activity Agreements and Disputes", as well as with a report on the regulation of recognition of debt as bad debt and its cancellation at the session "Innovations".

Borovtsov & Salei at the conference “Labor Relations – 2023”

On March 31, 2023 practical conference “Labor relations - 2023: changes, problems, solutions” took place. Within session work, Ekaterina Zhuk, associate of Borovtsov & Salei, acted as a moderator of the following block: “Introduction of a new position of Data Protection Officer in the company”. This issue covered different mechanisms for legalizing the status of such a specialist.

On March 30, 2023, partner Nadezhda Znak, as an expert, took part in an online seminar on the topic "Supply Agreement: conclusion, liability, debt collection, disputes".

The parties signed the TTN - the contract is concluded? Why change the moment of transfer of ownership in the contract? Force majeure or a resolutive (suspensive) condition in the contract: what to prefer?

On March 28, 2023, partner Nadezhda Znak, as an expert, took part in an online seminar on the topic “Currency Agreement: practical issues of сoncluding, registration and execution”, organized by the Educational center “Professional interest”. Within the framework of the “Recommendations on conducting contractual work” block, key provisions on the procedure for conducting foreign exchange transactions were considered, recommendations were given on the wording of the terms of foreign exchange contracts, as well as on legal support for the execution of foreign exchange contracts.

On December 22, 2022, partner Znak Nadezhda took part in online seminar on the topic “Currency agreement and non-monetary termination of obligations under foreign trade agreement”.

The speech paid attention to practical difficulties in concluding and executing foreign trade contracts, explained the differences and cases of assignment of a claim, transfer of debt, execution by a third party and execution in favor of a third party.
