Telekom Austria Group acquires Velcom

Borovtsov & Salei have advised the seller, SB Telecom, in its allocation of Velcom, the first mobile opertor in Belarus, to Telekom Austria Group. The transaction remains one of the largest M&A deals in telecommunication industry in Belarus.
