New restrictive measure: how to pay dividends to foreign participants from «unfriendly» states

On April 24, 2024, Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus (dated April 19, 2024 No. 299) comes into force, which introduced a restriction on the payment of distributed profit (dividends) to foreign participants from «unfriendly» states.
