Anna Skorodulina is a Senior Associate at Borovtsov & Salei.
Anna has graduated from the Faculty of Law of Belarusian State University in 2004.
In 2011 she completed her postgraduate studies at the Institute of Legal Research NCZPI, thesis topic "Legal regulation of the reorganization of agricultural organizations".
Anna took part in the World Bank's Doing Business 2011-2014.
In 2012, she acted as a national consultant on bringing Belarusian legislation into line with the basic agreements of the World Trade Organization.
Anna has over 70 publications. She specializes in the issues of reorganization of legal entities, corporate relations, joint households. She is the author and speaker of training webinars on corporate law, foreign economic activity, electronic document.
